Conditional Formatting stops working When adding a column

I have a very pecular issue.

 

Right now I have a table with multiple columns and a single column with a conditional formatting.

 

When I add a column it automatically breaks the conditional formatting but when its taken away the column works as expected. Has anyone ever run into this issue? 

 

The Column is a Whole Number Type, It is also used for relationships.  If that helps.

Hi @kritchensBMcD 

With the Apr 2020 update you can apply it by selecting "values and total" in the conditional formating tab.
