Conditional Formatting is not Appearing

Hi there, 

 

The option of Conditional formating is not appearing for me, please advice me.

It should appear for me just as below

    Conditional formatting option available directly on fields only for Matrix and Table visuals. for other visuals  you must visit the Foramtting options for example a column chart will have options like this.
