Hi,
I have the latest version of Power BI Desktop (Dec 2018). For Conditional Formatting I only see the options of "background color" and "font color", instead of the "background color scales" and "font color scales" I see in the documentation. I also cannot see the "color based on" options in the next screen in order to do conditional formatting based on another column. I see the same conditional formatting options for the Values of both the Table and Matrix visuals.
The fields that I am trying to do conditional formatting on are measures (deciminal number) or columns that are data type - decimal number and summed. I would like to do conditional formatting based on whether my actual value is greater or less than a target value (calculated measure). Is this possible?
Thanks for any help on this!

@lou_a1 yes you can achieve that but you have to have conditional formatting on measure. You can create a new measure to check value and use that in conditional formattig, If you provide some sample data I can get you the solution.
