Hello

Can anyone help me with conditional formats? I've tried a lot of variations and I can't get him to paint cell 2.77 or 8.28 green. The rest if he paints it well.

You need to change the value 0.1 in your Green Rule to 0 instead.

When 2.77% and 8.28% are translated to decimal numbers, they will become 0.0277 and 0.0828 respectively. Both fall in the interval between 0 and 0.1, which your rules are currently not coloring.
