Condition to be Calculation with Multiples Tables.

Hi all , 

i'm seeking your strongly support here . 

I have W/O Number table , Complete WO ( Which is calculated from another Table ) , Close WO ( Which is calculated from another Table ) , my purpose is : 
*If Table :W/O Number = Table :Complete W/O  , Show " Complete  " If not ,"In Progress" , If Table : Complete W/O = Table : Close W/O , Show " Close" If not , " Complete Not Close " 

I want all of the condition : Complete , In Progress , Close , Not Close , in the same Column , 

then it would be easy for me to visualize. 

how can i success over this ?

what is the condition for Not Close? It seems identical to Complete to me. If that's the case this formula should work

Complete / Close =
IF (
    ISBLANK ( Dummy[Close WO] ),
    IF ( Dummy[W/O Number] = Dummy[Complete WO], "Complete", "In Progress" ),
    "Close"
)
