    Try this  ...

     

    Dont create columns

     

    Create DAX masures 

     

    Red total =
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table'[Value]),
        'Table'[Color] = "Red")
     
    Green total =
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Table'[Value]),
        'Table'[Color] = "Green")
