Omega for brand 2 sales you need to do this
Brand 2 Measure = CALCULATE ( SUM ( Table[Sales] ), ALL ( Product ), TREATAS ( VALUES ( BrandTable[Brand] ), Product[Brand] ) )Check my latest blog post Year-2020, Pandemic, Power BI and Beyond to get a summary of my favourite Power BI feature releases in 2020

Omega hmm SELECTEDVALUE could have worked but the core is to remove the filter from the product table. TREATAS is basically filtering the product table. Also, TREATAS would work in case you have multiple brands selected whereas SELECTEDVALUE only works if a single value is selected which might be ok in your case.
