Comparing Actual vs Target Visually
I would like to compare actual and budget figures visually, ideally in a tree. The visual should show a breakdown from the topmost level, to category, then sub category I've used the xViz Hierarch...
Thanks everyone! Actually, there is no solution for this. I displayed the data using a matrix instead
You need a visual that displays actual, budget, variance, and variance % together.
Alternatives include Power BI’s Decomposition Tree, hierarchical variance tables, and custom Power BI visuals.
Check Power BI AppSource for more advanced hierarchy visuals that suit your needs.
xViz Advanced Decomposition Tree might offer better flexibility than the standard version.

Thanks Praveen, xViz Hierarchy Tree is the same as xViz Advance Tree. I've contacted the support from xViz and the reply is this visual can't satisfy my usecase. I've already checked the Power BI Visual Gallery
