Comparing Actual vs Target Visually
I would like to compare actual and budget figures visually, ideally in a tree. The visual should show a breakdown from the topmost level, to category, then sub category
I've used the xViz Hierarchy Tree. But it can only display either (1) actual, budget or (2) actual, variance (actual - budget), variance %. It can't display all values actual, budget, variance, variance % together.
Attached is xViz Hierarchy Tree visual which I've used. It satisfy most of the requirements of my usecase but couldn't display all the values I want.
Is there any other visual which can do the same? Pls advise. Thank you very much!
Thanks everyone! Actually, there is no solution for this. I displayed the data using a matrix instead

Thanks Ritaf, I've tried the Decom Tree in Power BI Desktop but it can only show one value under analysis. May be I can only display it by a table or matrix
You need a visual that displays actual, budget, variance, and variance % together.
Alternatives include Power BI’s Decomposition Tree, hierarchical variance tables, and custom Power BI visuals.
Check Power BI AppSource for more advanced hierarchy visuals that suit your needs.
xViz Advanced Decomposition Tree might offer better flexibility than the standard version.
Explore these options and let me know if you need help configuring them!Thanks Praveen, xViz Hierarchy Tree is the same as xViz Advance Tree. I've contacted the support from xViz and the reply is this visual can't satisfy my usecase. I've already checked the Power BI Visual Gallery
