Compare two costs in Power Bi and show variance in KPI indicator going up or down

Hi Everyone

Please help me. I am trying to comapre two costs Purchase (latest date cost & Last month cost). So that i can show in KPI Indicator visualisation. Attached is sample data. I want that In Kpi indiactor i can show 02/01/23 (Latest Date) cost was 24,431,786 and compare it with previous date 24,115,505 Show variance  316,281 in red because it is increased.  Output i wnat o show in KPi indicator as i can show current cost( red or green) and variance. Thanks in advance appreciate help.

This Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), FILTER(ALL('Date'),'Date'[Date]=max('Date'[Date])-1))
Last Day = CALCULATE(sum('Table'[Qty]), previousday('Date'[Date]))

Day Intelligence - Last day, last non continous day
