Compare and Visualize Value Between Two Dates
Hello,
I am looking to recreate the image below in Power BI Desktop.
There is definitely DAX time intelligence involved here. I believe I will also need to create a Comparison Date table as well.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Can you share some non-confidential sample data?
BTW, do you want to compare data which are the same period in different years?

Assuming you have a date table connected to your fact table, you could try the following measures:
Users = SUM('fact'[Users]) Prior Year Users = CALCULATE([Users], SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR('calendar'[date]))Hope this helps or gets you going in the correct direction.
