Compare a date/time field and create a new column from results

Hello,

So i have the below table that lists the name of an application, the time it faulted, and the time of the next reboot.  I need to compare the Faulttime and BootStart fields and create a new column that has a result of "Before" or "after"

I need to determine if the reboot (bootstart) happened "before" or "after" the application crash (Faulttime).

can someone help with the code to create this kind of column?

thank you!

This works great, and was simpler than I thought it would be.
