Combo stacked Bar and Line Graph

This is the given data used to create the following combo stacked bar and line graph in Microsoft Excel. Does anyone know how to recreate the same in Power BI?

    I'd use the data that is unpivoted than what you have, so that one column would have Q1 2021, June and July, and the other would have Retailer volume, wholesaler volume, etc. It may be harder in Power BI to work with pivot tables, but with the underlying data.
