Thanks for your reply, I figured out how to solve the problem with a "IF(ISINSCOPE....)) measure

MACROName | MACRONumber

I want to create a measure that return this kind of structure in my matrix:
Name | Number (MACRO THEN MICRO)

Ab | 1.2

Bc | 2.2
