Combining column with content before expanding

Hi everyone, how can I combine/merge the column "date created" when I expand the  content? Thanks in advance ðŸ˜Š

    ronaldbalza2023 , Use the double arrow icon on the content field, it should allow you to expand and append

     

    For merge you have to add them one by one
