Combining Tables only have a low no. of the same columns but i need those and some unique columns

Hi all, I've tried a few things but I've hit a bit of a wall.

 

I've got 4 tables of data, but I'll only focus on two as the solution will hopefully be the same. There is no unique identifier, so I have created a column in query editor on both that merges two of the columns together to give me unique values. I've then appended the tables, so I should have something that looks like this:

So now I want to do a visualisation. A want a table (or matrix if needed) visualisation that lists the uniquely shared cells on the left but then also has the unique columns in it also. I end up with this:

The 'unique' parts just share themselves. What I want is something like:

Any ideas?

Hi @ergocorp 
If I understand you correctly, you need to create a table with all unique IDs from both of the tables and create a relationship between the 2 tables via this "unique" table :
