Combining Data

Hi everyone.

So I have two tables composed by:
-Start Date, End Date, Adgroup Name, Clicks, Spent, Orders and Sales.

So I'm trying to link those 7 labels by Adgroup name (one table is data from 2W ago and the other one is data from Last Week), so I can see a percentage change and clicks from both of the spreadsheets. I've been able of linking clicks and spend, but it has been imposible to me, as well the %change.

Any idea guys? I have something like:
2W ago table:
Adgroup Name Clicks Spend Orders Sales Start Date End Date
A. 0. $0 0. $0. 2019-1-6. 2019-1-6
B. 17. $0.54. 5. $15. 2019-1-7. 2019-1-10
C. 5 $0.11. 1. $3. 2019-1-7. 2019-1-7

The Last Week Table is the same, but only the Adgroup match (anything else is different).

I want to display a report in such way that if I select an Adgroup name, I can see clicks from each table and the %change between those two numbers. (I've tried creating a calendar table but didn't work)

Thank you!
