Hi @jonnyA - Before publishing it and calling from semantic models from get data , you can combine it in desktop all three datasets if they have same column headers without change, use append transformation in query editor load the datasets in desktop and publsih it into cloud, call the datasets via power bi semantic model using get data again. this is an approach.
