Use the Merge Queries feature in Power Query Editor to combine your Balance and Budget data based on a common key that uniquely identifies each scheme.

After merging, carefully review the merged table to ensure that each scheme's Budget figure is correctly aligned with its Balance. You may need to expand the merged columns to include the Budget figures explicitly.
