Hi all,
I am currently using Power BI to analyze our mailbox to see the amount of emails that we receive as well as who is contacting us.
Now my manager is requesting me to also check who we are contacting on a weekly basis.
I've added the display to field, however there it concatenates all the people in the to field as a single result.
I've used the split column fuction to split them up, however now i'm left with 29 columns with data.
Idealy I would like to create an overview like
Receiver Times mails
X 20
Y 15
Z 10
However, as values are in multiple colums, if i use only Display.to1 as the receiver, I don't have all the results.
Hopefully someone can assist.
Kind Regards,
TJ

Hello @TJB1 ,
For that you have to split by delimiter into rows not columns. Then for that single column you can make count. Refer below video for the solution.

Hi,
Thank you very much.
I wasn't able to process it before today, and the data itselfs take a long time to load. But this solution worked perfectly.
I did need to change a few other visuals as well, but everything is working now.
Kind Regards TJ
