Hello!
I need help in PoweBI DAX, how can I combine data like this? I get every week data in excel three dimensional table and I need to combine like I highlighted in green.
Data:

According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) My test data is the same as yours.
(2) Click on "merge queries" in the home tab of power query.
(3)Expand the table.
(4) Then the result is as follows.
Unfortunately Power BI doesn't support multidimensional tables so duplicate column headings can't exist, you can manually change the column headings adding spaces to make the headings inconsistent.
