Combine multiple workspace into another workspace

Hi Expert

 

i got question how to combine multiple workspace into one workspace for exeutive level to reivew from different suppliers(workspace). is there any way i can do it? thanks

    Hi yuhkao ,

     

    As another workaround, You also can find all of the reports in shared with me.

     

     

    Would you mind telling us which refresh situations you want to achieve?

     

    1. The data source changed, and you want to refresh the data only.

    2. The visuals in report changed, and you want to refresh the visual.

     

    The second refresh is not supported, when we change the data visual like this in origin report, the copy report cannot refresh it.

     

     

    But we change the data, the report and copy report can be refreshed.

      As i do "copy of report' feature, another workspace data is not refreahed as original dataset is refreshed. 

      how to fix it??

    Hi yuhkao ,

     

    Based on my test, the copy report can show latest data after origin dataset refresh, but we need to refresh the report page of copied. Following are the steps:

     

    1. We create a sample that uses Import Model in Power BI Desktop and then publish to it Service.

    2. Save a copy to another workspace, refresh the dataset in origin workspace.

     

    The result like this, when we refresh the dataset, both reports refreshed.

     

     

    But when we open the copied report, the visual have not changed yet. Now we need to click the refresh and we can get the latest data.

     

     

    Could you please try to refresh the report page of copied to see if it can get latest data after origin dataset refreshed?

      Hi 

       

      I tried to refresh copy report that are not showing latest one....i dont know why.....can help? or other ways?
