Combine Year instead of repeating year in table axis

Hi all, 

I currently have table x-axis as below which show repeating year through two column "year" and "monthnameshort; 

How can I make the year is combine like example below?

From Sep 2022 onward that should be the default, but if does not work by default, use the option.

It should work for column Bar
