daniel_krantz_4 - This is one of the biggest challenges you'll need to get over when switching over from Tableau (I've been there). You need to stop thinking about how you'd create something in Tableau, and start thinking how you'd create it in Power BI.
In your case, you seem to be using the table / matrix for headers for the Small Multiple. I would rely on the Small Multiple Titles for this, and perhaps give the line chart some more room. The Titles menu can be seen below:
and will give you the titles row seen in my example:
In general, the best way to align charts is through the Properties menu, seen below:
Or by using the Align options on the Format menu:
