Columns to Rows (with sample data)

I am working with a dataset in which each month is a separate column.  I would like them, that the repspective data to have months as a single column, so that I can use it properly as an axis.

Hi, in Edit Query Select Columns Sales Person & Client  and go to Transform - UnPivot other Columns.
