is there any way to get Columns Percentge see the below image Total Row in % value of Total EXCEl,GEODATA,Oracle,Othertype,Shapefile,Sqlserver

What does columns percentage meaning? What's the logic between Total Row and EXCEL, GEODATA, Oracle and other columns?
Could you please clarify more details about them?
