Column with different data categories

I have a column in which some rows are url links and some are simple strings. Is it possible to make only the rows that are image urls show up as images in a matrix? 

For this scenario I wouldn't be able to create a new column or pivot the column for the urls because I need all rows in the same column for the visuals to work. 

 

This is the data: Response column has some rows that have image urls.

 

 

This is the result I'm looking for but instead of the "https...." it would show the actual image.

    Anonymous , At a visual level, add response as a filter and use advance option, use contains ://.

     

    Visual level filter -> Advance Filtering

    amitchandak that would work if I only wanted to show the pictures but I need to show the other data as well in the same matrix

    Hi Anonymous ，

     it's not supported to display image in Matrix visual value part. As matrix value will be aggregated and return just "values" rather than image.
