Column totals in a measure ignoring few filters while considering other filters

It could be simple but i am just not getting this right, any help is much appreciated.

How can i get the highligted total from 2nd table as a seperate measure for 1st table. Only difference is 2nd table doesn;'t have Previous_Day flag.

Created below measure and it's working fine. 

Total MTDPlanValue =

VAR SM = MONTH(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[CALENDAR_DATE]))

VAR SY = YEAR(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[CALENDAR_DATE]))

VAR SA = SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Attribute])

RETURN

CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[MTD_PLAN_VALUE]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),'Table'[CALENDAR_MONTH]=SM && 'Table'[CALENDAR_YEAR]=SY && 'Table'[Attribute]=SA))
