Dear All,
I would need you support for the below issue :
Basically the column subtotals are correct showing the sum of each row ... but for the row subtotal i would like average (at the moment showing sum also there)...
IS that possible?

You could create a measure with the functions of AVERAGEX and VALUES to implement it.
Here is my sample. Please reference it to modify yours.
Total sales = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Sales]))
Avg = AVERAGEX(VALUES('Table'[Product]),[Total sales])

sorry just a clarification as i made a mistake ... i would want column subtotal as average and row subtotal leave as it is as sum.
