We don't have this functionality like at Excel.
You can use a text box + shape as a workaround.
Something like that, but with better design and proportions:

I've been thingking about the same workaround, but whenever you click on the table it becomes highlited, so the header of the matrix comes to the front:
I agree, there is no way to achieve the desired result (at least so far 🙂 )
Yep, I know, but this is all we have 😞 You can make text the same color as the background, but it still won't be perfect.
