As the Daniel29195 mentioned, you can set it at the Cloumns propertiy.
If you don't have legend, then you can create a meaure.
e.g
Measure = SWITCH(TRUE(),SUM('Table'[Column2])>=50,"red",SUM('Table'[Column2])>=30&&SUM('Table'[Column2])<50,"green","yellow")Then put it to the Color format
If you have legend, then you can change the color directly in column properity, change Series to the related legend, then change the color.
