Color formatting of one column fields depending of another column fields data

Hello, Seems simple, but I can't do it. For example, I have the below table:

And my objective is that in a matrix, if the Status value is 2, then, the time appear in red, or bolded or with a different format in the Time column, and the rest of time values not. Is it possible?
