Color a specific matrix cell value

In a Matrix with years in the column headers and Months in row headers
How can i specify the font color of a specific vaue inside the matrix, like the value of the last month of my last year highlighted in blue color
measure :
if it is the last year, then your last month is december im assuming the logic.
you can write the fillowing measure :
colormeasure =
if ( tbl_name[ monthnb] = 12 && tbl_name[year] = year(today()) - 1 ) , "Blue" )
then add this measure to the condtional formatting : right click on the measure
select field value, then search for your measure .
