Color Coding In Card Object

Dear Team, 

I need to make a color coding in a card showing the pecentage of delayed actions so if the delay percentage equals 0% the color of background suppose to be green and if it's higher than 0% "1% till 100%" the color of background suppose to be green. 

Please advise.

Make a measure like this

Card Color = IF([Your Measure]>0, "Green", "Red")

And then, in the format options for the card, hit the fx under Background color and choose field value and this measure.

Please find the below results after applying the measure, both results are giving the same BG red color, please advise.

Which field you have put in the right side card visual? Seems like not [Delayed_Calls_Average] measure but others, or did you apply any filters in the report?

The [Card Color] measure only return red becasue [Delayed_Calls_Average] value is always > 0, [Delayed_Calls_Average] measure only returns a summarize value in the card visual. What is your [Delayed_Calls_Average] looks like?

Basically needs more information about this issue for further discussion. Or you can consider sharing a simple sample file.
