I search and no answer found, is there any way/trick to work more than one user in the same pbix file to develop dashboards?

@Anonymous  Multiple developers can't use the same .pbix file at same time. But you can have a common data model and use this data model across the .pbix files by using PBI Datasets. So that everyone will use same copy of Data Model but working on different .pbix files.
