We have been using Power BI for almost an year. Though the pbix files are source controlled onto Git, one of the challenges we have is doing code reviews on the changes to the Power BI like Power Queries. I wish Microsoft had some tooling around this.
We tried a standalone tool named Tabular Editor, but it never felt like an integrated part, we still had to manually generate the metadata files.
Could you please suggest any tool that could help with code reviews?

Hi @leo006,
Depending on your needs, I think the ALM Toolkit, a free open source tool for managing Microsoft Power BI datasets: database comparison, code merge, easy deployment, source code management integration, reuse definitions, self-service to enterprise BI, is a good choice.
It is based on the source code of the BISM normalization program, which provides similar functionality for tabular models.
