Clustered column chart multiple y axis

Hi, I am trying to create this graph, in Power BI, I need multiple values in the Y axis, anyone has an idea how to do it??

I was thinkin of creating a lot of columns with the value by quarter but is going to make my table huge and will add manual process

Do you have a Date table in your model? Why not just use your Quarter column in the legend field well with the native clustered column chart visual?

I am using the quarter column in the column legend field, but I have a past due that is divided in 4 categories, I need to represent the value of those categories by quarter

I have differente quarters from 2019 to 2022 and the past due needs to be divided by quarter, BUT in 4 categories (the picture below show the categories) And the past due can be in the 4 categories
