Hi, as you can see below the visual is selected but if you go to the Visualisations Pane and Format section I only get the "General" and not the "Visual" & "General" sections as with all visuals. Strange isn't it?

Hi @ivanjaen ,
Based on the testing, when selecting the clustered column visual, I can see the visual and general sections.
So, try to check the visual data. Alternatively, create a new page and recreate a new clustered column visual.
Besides, check if having filters applied to the visual.

Has it previously had the option?
If it is a custom visual sometimes you have to click Edit on the visual.
Try under the ... in the top right of your visual.
It can also dissapear if you have grouped the visual with another.
Then you need to click again on the visual to unselect the group.

Yes, yesterday it was there. It is only one visual and the option is available on the web. I'd like to apply brand-approved colours and correct formatting to the data labels to the bars. All other visuals have it as usual. Very strange.
