Clustered Column - How to show values and not count of values

Hello,

I need help with a clustered column chart I'm trying to create using Power BI desktop.

I don't use Power BI enough to remember all the tricks.

The first picture below is what I want to create, which was created using excel.

The second picture is the extent of what I know how to do in Power BI.

I don't want to the Y-axis values to be counted.

I've read several posts on how to correct this, but nothing seems to work.

I've changed the format of the date to whole number and it hasn't worked.

Can anyone please help?
