You can have only one either of sum of commitment of the count of deals in Y-axis if you are adding Fund in the legend field but if you removes the legend you are able to add as many as measure values in the Y-axis.
If you need legend then you are allowed to have only one measure value in Y-axis, so you can make use of tooltip option to show the count.
