Cleaning dates data inconsistencies

Hi everyone, please find below snapshot of inconsistent dates coming from an api. Is there anyone here know how can I clean the inconsistencies of it efficiently? Thanks in advance 🙂

= Date.FromText([Date Won loss])

can work

Or you can use Text.Middle if you have get a character and based to that you can choose different formatting option
