Circular dependency

I’ve been trying to work in this issue multiple times. I have 3 measures that depend on each other. Every time it gave me circular dependency error.
Measure 1 = end of month of measure 2.
Measure 2= measure 3-measure 4,
Measure 3= measure 2+ measure 5
Is there a way to avoid circular dependency in this situation?

There might be a different way to do the calculation but I think we will need a sample data set showing your sources and expected result.  Even something in an Excel file would work.
