Choice of mode map arcgis

Hello everyone,

I want to display a choice of arcgis card according to a filter i.e. in the filter if I make a choice of display by postal code it displays me according to the postal codes which is on a table, the same thing if I make a choice by latitude, longitude it also displays me by latitude and longitude, and if I make a choice by an IRIS layer it displays me according to the choice.

the objective is to filter for example on a stop and on the map it displays the stops according to the name (which is in the stop table), the latitude and the longitude (which is in the point table). For arrondissement it displays me on the map according to the postal code which is in the stop table
