Hello!
I have an issue and am not sure how to check this.
So I have a lot ( 50+) roles assigned to different people. All this roles were set up manually this is the legacy report.
But I need to figure out what this particular role sees ( I mean what users these roles see).
Maybe there is any chance of checking it automatically somehow.
For now only way to check is to manualy click on each role - and see what this role show.
Want to find a way to automatically check what exactly each role show.
Thank you.
Hi @yakovlol
With a small number of roles, manual verification is the quicker route. If the number of roles is high, we recommend that you use security groups. You can create security groups for user accounts with common characteristics or permissions to save time and effort.
Here are some links on how to use security groups for your reference:

Hello @v-xianjtan-msft thanks for your reply. But I didn't notice 50+ it's already set up security group roles. So i guess the only way to understand is to manually verification each one.
