Getting started with Power BI and need some guidance and the best approach.
So i have 3 tables.
Table 1 - Hold the User Info with the questions.
Table 2 - Hold the the Value selected from the questions answer
Table 3 - Hold the Document Information/Type
Trying to figure out, when "Yes" is selected for "RecoveredFromCovid19AfterJune2020" to show in Column "SupportingDocument"

I understand that the COVID19User and Audit are related by Id. How you are relating the Document table with other tables?

Thank you @vivran22 for the quick response.
On the Document table, i have a column call "CreatedBy" and "LastModifiedBy" that capture the user Login ID that upload the document. Let me know if that answer your question.
Can you share your model schema?
