Check if Value Exists in another column.

Happy Sunday everyone,

Getting started with Power BI and need some guidance and the best approach. 

So i have 3 tables.

Table 1 - Hold the User Info with the questions.

Table 2 - Hold the the Value selected from the questions answer

Table 3 - Hold the Document Information/Type

Trying to figure out, when "Yes" is selected for "RecoveredFromCovid19AfterJune2020" to show in Column "SupportingDocument"

• Yes    (If there is a file attached) for that user.
• NULL (No file was attached)
