Yang, this helps but it's not quite there.

 

The slicer in the bottom right impacts the max and min measure calculations on Global Revenue by effectively filtering them to the companies selected here. The idea is that only the slicer on the top right should affect these measures. Any ideas?

Somewhat missing your point, which visual object is affected by the 1st slicer and the 2nd slicer respectively? You could be more specific.
