Chart with multi targets color

Hi everyone,

I search about chart can be contain multi equpment values for each one it target with color coding 

for example

Line 1 value 1 target 0.5 

Line 2 Value 2  target 4

Based on my research, you may try to use Multiple Axes Chart - XViz and Ultimate Stacked .
