Chart with 3 measures?
I have 3 "things" that i need to display in my chart:
Quantity, Date and category.
I cant find a way to display it, any idea?

Based on your description, seems like you have three columns like [Date], [Quantity] and [Category], you want to use a chart to show them.
You can use many charts like bar chart, line chart, area chart etc. based on you actually need, just set [Date] as Axis, [Category] as Legend and [Quantity] as Value in the charts:
