Chart visual not changing

Hello, i have a bar chart visual showing a number of locations and record information:

And i want to use the location in the table above to filter the graph visual below.  When i click on a location is does change the values on the chart (2 in January and 2 in april) but the visual bars do not change.  The visual are showing total number of records for each month:

How can i get the orange bars to change as well to reflect the number or records?

It seems you may try to create measure with ALLSELECTED function for your chart.
